Kathleen joined ABR in 1992 and serves as Managing Director – Investment Management and Corporate Counsel. Kathleen is responsible for investment management as well as ABR corporate and fund legal matters. Throughout her time at ABR, Kathleen has played a key role in developing tax efficient fund structures for ABR’s endowment and foundation clients and she continues to cultivate long-standing relationships with ABR’s clients and their advisors, leading many clients to invest in multiple ABR-sponsored funds. Kathleen also established ABR’s Chesapeake Scholars Program, a mentoring program designed to provide undergraduate women and students of color with the opportunity to learn about the real estate industry. Kathleen received her JD from the Catholic University of America and her BA in English from the University of Delaware.
