February 4, 2021 | Baltimore, MD – Alex. Brown Realty (ABR) and Biynah Partners announce the sale of multiple industrial properties in Wisconsin and Minnesota to Kansas-based Platform Ventures. The portfolio sale included six buildings totaling 1,256,241 sf and had a 100% occupancy rate at closing.
