Dan serves as Managing Director of Capital Formation and will be responsible for securing real estate investment capital for the company by coordinating the firm’s strategic outreach to public and corporate pension funds, sovereign wealth funds, insurance companies, endowments, foundations, and high net worth investors.   Dan brings over 35 years of capital markets experience with a stellar track record of facilitating direct access to institutional capital sources while cultivating and maintaining senior-level relationships with active investors, both domestic and international.  As a senior executive with prominent firms such as LaSalle Partners/JLL, LaSalle Investment Management and Western National Group, Dan has successfully originated, arranged and championed capital for commingled funds, separate accounts, programmatic joint ventures, co-investment vehicles and large single-asset investment opportunities.  Dan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the University of Notre Dame.
