John joined ABR in 2001 and serves as a Director of Asset Management for the firm. He has twenty-five years of experience managing real estate investments in primary and secondary markets throughout the United States and has managed a variety of asset classes, including office, industrial, retail, hospitality, student housing and multifamily projects. Prior to his career in Asset Management, John was a residential real estate agent with O’Conor, Piper & Flynn Realtors in Baltimore. John received his BA from Loyola University in Baltimore and received a Certification in Hotel Industry Analytics from the American Hotel and Lodging Institute in 2016.
