Madison joined ABR in 2026 and supports the firm’s corporate accounting function, including financial reporting, cash management, and general ledger oversight. She plays a key role in the monthly close process, account reconciliations, and maintaining the accuracy and integrity of financial data.

She brings over a decade of experience in accounting and real estate finance. Prior to ABR, Madison was a Real Estate Finance Manager at The Johns Hopkins University, where she supported budgeting, financial analysis, and strategic planning across a complex real estate portfolio. Earlier in her career, she worked at Artemis Real Estate Partners, focusing on financial reporting, cash flow management, and multi-entity analysis for commercial real estate investments. Her background includes supporting joint ventures, audits, and financial operations across diverse investment structures, with a strong emphasis on internal controls, GAAP compliance, and financial reporting.

Madison holds an MBA in Business Analytics from Loyola University Maryland and a BS in Accounting from the University of Baltimore.
