Peter joined ABR’s acquisitions team in 2022 and focuses on identifying and structuring investments throughout the east coast of the United States. He has over thirteen years of experience investing in real estate for institutional and private clients. Prior to joining ABR, Peter served as a Vice President at SJG Properties, a Washington, DC focused owner, operator, and developer. Prior to SJG, Peter spent eight years at a Washington, DC-based fund operator, Penzance, where he spearheaded the firm’s transition into multifamily ownership and was integral to the firm’s launch of a $255 million discretionary fund vehicle. Peter started his real estate career at LaSalle Investment Management as a member of the acquisitions team responsible for investing on behalf of the firm’s commingled funds and separate account clients. Peter received his BA from Denison University.
