As a Director of Acquisitions for ABR Capital Partners, Phil focuses his efforts on sourcing and structuring joint venture investment opportunities for ABR’s investment programs, with a particular emphasis on opportunities in the Midwest and a sector focus on hospitality real estate. In his current role, Phil has directly sourced transactions totaling more than $550 million for ABR’s investment programs. Phil joined ABR in 2010 as an Acquisition Analyst, assisting in underwriting transactions totaling more than $200 million, and ultimately closed by various ABR funds. Phil received his BA from Clemson University and his MSRE from the Carey Business School at Johns Hopkins University. In addition to his professional activities, Phil serves on the Real Estate & Infrastructure Advisory Board of the Johns Hopkins Carey School of Business.
