Baltimore, MD/Minneapolis, MN – ABR Capital Partners (ABR) and Biynah Industrial Partners (BIP) have recently acquired three additional properties for their Transportation-Related Industrial Portfolio (“TRIP”). TRIP is a nationwide portfolio of truck terminals, truck parking, and high flow-through industrial assets that now includes 17 assets.
The latest additions to TRIP include a truck terminal in Dallas, Texas (107 dock doors), a 5-acre truck trailer storage yard in Nashville, Tennessee (101 truck drops), and a two-building truck terminal with maintenance facility in Phoenix, Arizona (43 dock doors).
Additional acquisition opportunities are actively being pursued by the joint venture. “We continue to engage with sellers of this product type throughout the country and are focused on the continued growth of the TRIP portfolio,” said Jeff Josephs, Managing Partner at BIP.
